 QUESTION: I have an old grandfather clock that is not working, can you fix clocks? ANSWER: Yes. Our entire second floor is our clock repair shop.

 QUESTION: Do you help with estates? ANSWER: Yes, please contact us for an appointment. We provide free estimates.

 QUESTION: Can you resize rings. ANSWER: Yes. We have a repair shop and do most of our work in-house. Check out our services page.

 QUESTION: Can you create custom jewelry through a drawing. ANSWER: Yes. Email us your artwork or upload it using our form on our contact page.

QUESTION: How long does it take to get a ring resized?ANSWER: 1 to 2 weeks, but rush service is available for a fee.  If purchased at our store you get priority and rush sizing for free.

QUESTION: Can I book a private appointment with you for an engagement ring session?ANSWER: yes

QUESTION: If I purchase a ring from you, is there a cost to have it resized?ANSWER: new rings are sized free of charge.  Estate items do not include free sizing.

QUESTION: I’d like to design my own ring, is this an option? ANSWER: Yes. Email us your artwork

QUESTION: Do you buy gold or old jewelry. ANSWER: Yes, upon review.  We do not guarantee we will buy all items.

QUESTION: Can I trade in my jewelry for a new piece.  ANSWER: If it was purchased at our store you can trade up and get full value if your new purchase is double the original purchase price.  You will always get full value towards any larger size on diamond stud earrings and diamond anniversary rings.

QUESTION: Do you buy coins?  ANSWER: We buy coins for silver content only.  We do not deal in collector coins.

QUESTION: Do you make house calls for clocks?  ANSWER: Yes – for a fee we will come to your house to service large grandfather clocks.

QUESTION: Does it cost anything to have my ring cleaned?  ANSWER: No – we will clean and inspect your ring free of charge at any time.
